Bella's Store is an online food retail business operated by Bella Foods.

We currently accept and fulfil orders only within India. We do not currently offer international shipping.

8. Cash on Delivery

Where Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, availability may depend on factors including delivery location, order value, product availability and other applicable conditions.

For an approved refund relating to a COD order, we may request bank-account or UPI details reasonably necessary to process the refund.

9. Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver only within India.

Orders are generally processed and packed within 1–3 business days after the order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed.

After dispatch, delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary because of courier delays, weather, public holidays, transportation disruptions, remote delivery locations or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Cancellation, Refunds and Replacements

Because our products are food items, we do not generally accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind;
  • Taste or flavour preference;
  • Incorrect product selection;
  • Incorrect quantity selected by the customer; or
  • Other reasons unrelated to a product or fulfilment issue.

If you receive a damaged, leaking, incorrect or missing product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Approved claims will generally be resolved through replacement first. If a replacement cannot reasonably be provided, an applicable refund may be processed.
